Sharon, Duane. Duane Sharon was created by Donald Wandrei (Webster Conning, I.V. Frost, Man with the Molten Face, Cyrus North) and appeared in “Colossus” (Astounding Stories, Apr. 1934) and “Colossus Eternal” (Astounding Stories, Dec. 1934).

Duane Sharon is a scientist who in the future, several years after 1960, discovers and explores a “macroverse” (a universe which can only be reached by growing to a sufficient size) in his ship, the White Bird.
