Operator 19. Operator 19 was created by George Goodchild (Captain Crash, Dixon Hawke, John Inch, Q33, Nigel Rix) and appeared in four stories in Topical Times in 1936 and 1937, beginning with “I Am A Spy” (Topical Times, Dec. 12, 1936).

Operator 19 is a British spy and handler of other spies, and uses them and his own skills as weapons against Britain’s European enemies.
