Stevens, Harry. Harry Stevens appeared in a number of stories in The Startler, beginning with The Startler #1 (Mar. 1, 1930).

Harry Stevens is a do-gooding young Englishman visiting the Lazy Y Ranch on the western frontier. Stevens refuses to use guns, but he’s quite accurate with the catapults/slingshots mounted in his belt, and is handy with a lariat, and uses those to fight wicked men. In a later adventure he teams up with Will o’the Whips.
