Singh, Rama. Rama Singh was created by Fritz Lang (Kay Hoog, Lilith, Dr. Rotwang) and appeared in German dime novel Rama Singh - Indische Kriminalromane #1-11 (1925).

Rama Singh is a detective in India, and possibly the only non-white, non-Native American lead character in the heftromanes. Singh is primarily active in India but also ventures into Burma, Ceylon, and even Mecca, despite being a Hindu.

Singh appears in stories with titles like "The Secret of the Seven Pagodas," "The Revenge of the Caliph," and the "Box of Flaring Flame.”
