Lilith. Lilith was created by Fritz Lang (Kay Hoog, Dr. Rotwang, Rama Singh) and Erich Kober and appeared in the German film Lilith und Ly (1919).

Lilith is a Femme Fatale. A German inventor falls in love with a statue of Lilith, the Mesopotamian storm demon. The inventor uses a strange jewel to bring the statue to life. However, the animated Lilith is a kind of vampire, and she begins draining the life energies from the inventor and possessing his fiancée, Ly.
