Weger, Frans. Frans Weger was created by “Hugo Koerts,” the pseudonym of the Dutch author Hans Pennarts (Wil Sanders), and appeared in Misdaad in de Firma (1935) and Een van de Zeven (1935).

Frans Weger is a smart young Dutch lawyer who solves crimes. He is assisted by Piet Elborn and Alex Coovaert.
