Spanish Engineer. The Spanish Engineer was created by the Spanish author Jesús de Aragón (Abdahalla-Fan, Hugo de Marignac, Four Spaniards) and appeared in La Ciudad Sepultada (1929).

A young Spanish mining engineer is told by a descendant of the Inca about a surviving city of the Inca, in an enormous cavern underneath the Andes. The engineer smuggles himself in and has various adventures among the Lost Race Inca before escaping with a great deal of treasure, as an earthquake destroys the city.
