Blinkwell, Professor. Professor Blinkwell was created by Sydney Fowler (Inspector Cauldron, Inspector Cleveland, Mr. Jellipot) and appeared in The Bell Street Murders (1931), The Secret of the Screen (1933), and Who Murdered Reynard? (1947).

Professor Elihu Blinkwell is an upper class English academic and amateur detective. He works as a technical advisor to the Board of Vantons, Ltd., and solves crimes that come his way as a result of his association with them. He is genial and observant.
