Rainbow. Jim Travis, college graduate: “Just supposing a man could fight crime like they do in comic books! I'm going to try it today!" Buying a costume at a costume store, he sets out to fight crime, and in his lone appearance rescues a woman and her son from the grotesque criminal Black Rufus. Rainbow has no powers except raw athleticism.
