Ragman. “The Ragman, really Jay Garson, Jr....believed to have been killed by gangsters, wages a silent war on the enemies of civilization.” As the Ragman he "mops up the forces of crime." He is assisted by Tiny. Ragman has no powers, but is a skilled criminologist and uses a disguise as a derelict to catch crooks off-guard. He appears in stories with titles like “The Curse of the Werewolf Butcher,” “The Rising Cult of Kahtoon,” and “The Human King Kong.”
