Phantom Clipper. The Phantom Clipper is an old clipper ship retrofitted to fight a modern naval war. Her crew is Captain Seth Perkins, Lt. Cmdr. Tiger Shark, Jewaldi, and Little Billy. They fight both the Germans and the Japanese. The Phantom Clipper appears in stories with titles like “Fifty Million Foes,” “The Mikado’s Fishing Trip,” and “The Pirate Prince of Plunder.”
