Jester. Chuck Lane is a rookie cop on the NYC force who tends to make the other cops laugh through his own clumsiness. Chuck decides to capitalize on this by dressing up in a jester outfit and fighting crime as The Jester. He had no superpowers, but is agile and a good fighter and has a boomerang he calls “Quinopolis.” Most of the Jester’s enemies are ordinary humans, but there is the occasional name villain like the stoic gangster Stoneface, the femme fatale Lady Satan, and He appears in stories with titles like “The Hundred Grand Hobo,” “Remote Control Murder,” and “Peril of the Poisoned Pie.”
