Beagle, Homer K. Homer K. Beagle is a screwball detective who learned everything he knows about detection from books. He appears in stories with titles like “The Case of the Careless Cousin” and “The Case of the Hairless Hound.”
First Appearance: Young King Cole #1 (Novelty Press), Fall 1945. 21 appearances, 1945-1949. Created by Harvey Fuller and Robert Plate.
