Commando Ranger. Before the war the Commando Ranger was a “white-tie Galahad” and a scientist-explorer who fought the plague in the Congo. In the early stages of the war he was a “mystery pilot” who shot down five German aces, and then a mountaineer who scaled Everest. Then he studied for two years under the Great Lama in Tibet, mastering "the secret of mind's dominion over matter." Now, with the agreement of FDR and Churchill, he fights the Germans in occupied territory as the masked Commando Ranger, always leaving behind the sign of a winged dagger.

First Appearance: Rangers Comics #13 (Fiction House), Oct 1943. 8 appearances, 1943-1944. Created by Reuben Moreira and ?
