Texas Bill (II). Texas Bill (II) was created by the Canadian author Georges Lange and appeared in Les Exploits Captivants de Texas Bill le Cow-boy Audacieux #1-9 (1940-1941). Texas Bill (II) is a daring cowboy who fights criminals and the Sioux across the western frontier of America.

Occasionally his stories verge on the fantastic, as in “The Underground Man.” Texas Bill appears in stories with titles like “Vengeance of the Bandit,” “The Subterranean Man,” and “The Defeat of the Sioux.”
