Texan Wasp. The Texan Wasp was created by James Francis Dwyer (Jack Cameron, Hoosier Hawk, Red O’Neill, Vidaut) and appeared in twenty stories in The Popular Magazine from 1923 to 1925, beginning with “Where the Goddess Chance Holds Court” (The Popular Magazine, Jan. 7, 1923).

The Texan Wasp is a Lupin. He is Robert Henry Blane, a languid adventurer active in Europe and Monte Carlo. He has a pronounced hatred for cruelty of any sort.
