Dupont, Jean Flair, Iko Térouka, John Strobbins, Baron Cesare Stromboli, Jack Temple, Wasili Tchorok, Andreas Vollmer) and appeared in “La Guerre des Océans” (Sciences et Voyages #485-524, Dec. 13, 1928-Sept 12, 1929).

Fédor Ivanovitch Sarraskine is an Evil Surgeon, a Mad Scientist, and a submarine pirate similar to Jules Verne’s Captain Nemo. Sarraskine uses his technologically advanced submarine to attack British and American shipping and their naval fleets, as well as surgically altering his victims and turn them into fish-men who are forced to obey his commands.
