Voice (II). Professor Bert Wilson invents a cellophane invisibility suit, but rather than use it himself he gives it to his friend, police Detective Tim Brant, who puts it to good use fighting crime. Wilson then uses the remaining cloth for odds and ends, like making his car vanish. The Voice has no superpowers, but is invisible when he wears the suit. The criminals he fights are ordinary–dope runners, racketeers, and so on.
