Schuyler, Skip. He is “the ace man of the U.S. Intelligence Service. He’s cracked more spy rings than the rest of the Department put together.” Later, he becomes a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army who goes on "special government assignment" wherever there's trouble. He has no superpowers but is a good fighter. He appears in stories with titles like “The Rebel Pancho Velez,” “The Modern Rustlers,” and “Kidnapping in the Orient.”
