Mister Q (II). Mister Q (II) is F.B.I. Operator 17, who puts on a disguise to fight criminals that the F.B.I. hasn’t caught yet. He has no superpowers but is skilled at “jui-jitsu” [sic], uses smoke bombs to appear and disappear, and has an almost supernatural knack for being at the right place at the right time.
