Falcon (I). “The Press Guardian, otherwise known as The Falcon, aids the Daily Express in its efforts to rid Central City of gangsters.” Playboy Perry Chase is the son of a newspaper publisher, and so has a particular affection for the press. Anyone who tries to hinder the press' efforts or commit crimes attracts his wrath. (He's also called the "Press Guardian"). He has no powers but is a good fighter. He is assisted by Flash Calvert, ace reporter for the Daily Express.
