Yi Zhimei. Yi Zhimei was created by the Chinese creator Ren Pengnian (Black Peony, Flying Tiger, Fong Sai Yuk, Mistress of the Spear, Rural Swordsman, Sam-neung) and appeared in the film Guai Xia Yi Zhimei (1940).

Yi Zhimei is a Costumed Avenger Nüxia/Wüxia modeled on Zorro. In the 17^th century in China, when the Han Ming Dynasty has been replaced by the Manchu Qing Dynasty, Wong Lung, a Han nobleman, watches as a brutal Manchu governor, Luk Tsi Ho, oppresses the peasants. Wong is known as an effeminate, weak scholar, and although he is in love with Chan Sau Lan, his arranged bride, she has contempt for her and is in love with Yi Zhimei, the “Fantastic Knight of the Plum Blossom,” a wüxia who uses his martial arts to fight the Luk and his men. Luk attempts to rape Chan, the Knight saves her, and after hullaballoo and tohubohu Wong reveals to Chan that he is the Knight, and they live happily ever after.
