X (II). X (II) appeared in a number of stories in Bullseye in 1932 and 1933.

X is a Costumed Avenger. He is a grim and sometimes deadly vigilante who ignores the law to defeat and destroy wrongdoers and evil men. He is a tall man in evening dress wearing a hood, marked with a great scarlet “X” (his sign) across its front. Nobody knows that he is the Baronet Sir Peter Lexington, wry clubman.
