Wu Fang (II). Wu Fang (II) was created by Roland Daniel (Buddy Mustard, Jack Pearson, Al Tarpon, John Walk) and appeared in a number of stories and at least six novels from 1929 to 1937, beginning with The Society of Spiders.

Wu Fang (II) is a Yellow Peril who repeatedly threatens London. He is opposed by Superintendent Bill Saville of Scotland Yard and by Alec “Ace” Williams of the American Secret Service.
