Wolffan, Dr. Dr. Wolffan was created by the Spanish creator Manuel A. Bedoya (Mack Bull) and appeared in El Hijo Del Dr. Wolffan (1917).

Dr. Wolffan is an Evil Surgeon modeled on Mary Shelley’s Dr. Von Frankenstein. The Spanish Wolffan creates an artificial man using much the same methods as Dr. Von Frankenstein, with much the same results.
