The Vulture. The Vulture was created by F.A. Scudamore and appeared in the play “Because I Love You” (1903).

The Vulture is an unfortunate man who was born with a vulture’s head and a vulture’s talons. He is an outcast of society and turns to crime to support himself, even enjoying the murders he causes. He is kidnaped by an Evil Surgeon who wants to vivisect him, but the Vulture manages to escape and dies somewhat honorably in the end.
