Graf Harras Von Kraft is a Lupin. He is a German Graf (count) and works as a thief among the moneyed classes of Europe, stealing gold shipments from trains, robbing ministerial couriers, and such-like. He is particularly good at escapes, being known as the "German champion of escapes."
