Tim-Oteo. Tim-Oteo was created by the Spanish creator José Escobar and appeared in the comic strip “Tim-Oteo Detective” (Pocholo, 1935-1939).

Tim-Oteo is a plainclothes policeman in Barcelona who fights a variety of criminals, including the Yellow Peril Chim-Chim.
