Swift, Grant. Grant Swift was created by “Walter Edwards,” the pseudonym of Walter Shute (Rollo Dayton, Barry Keene), and appeared in a number of stories in Boy’s Favourite in 1929 and 1930, beginning with “The Crime Trust” (Boy’s Favourite, Aug 24, 1929).

Grant Swift is a British Secret Service agent who duels with the Crime Trust, “a gang of organized gunmen, led by five merciless bosses,” including Louise the Limp, ‘Boston’ Kreezer, and Duke Preskell.
