Stegil. Stegil was created by the Chinese author Gu Junzheng (Cameron, Sean Marlin) and appeared in “Lundun Qiyi” (Quwei Kexue, 1937?).

Stegil is a German spy and Mad Scientist. He has developed a chemical which he sprays into the air around London, creating a diseases which kills thousands. An American chemist, Ingram, discovers the antidote and destroys Stegil’s laboratory.
