Steel, Martin. Martin Steel was created by Herbert Allingham (Dick Darrell, Polly Perkins, Michael Power) and appeared in a number of stories in Comic Cuts in 1907 and 1908.

Martin Steel is a Great Detective modeled on Sexton Blake. He operates a detective agency which employs “12 Lady Detectives.”
