Sonia. Sonia was created by the French author Charles A. Gonnet and appeared in Sur la Piste Blanche (1928).

Sonia is a Yellow Peril Femme Fatale. Sonia is a Chinese spy who is active at the 1928 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz. She seduces Robert Cenyse, a world champion skater, and engineers a broken leg for him. She then helps another Chinese spy do in the French bobsled team, and begins wreaking havoc with the rest of the French Olympians until the French detective “Z” gets on the case and puts an end to Sonia’s vile tricks.
