Shelley. Shelley was created by Eugene Cunningham (Bar-Nothing Red Ames, Cleve Corby, Lance Craig, Gip Drago, Bob Land, Richard Ralston, Ware) and appeared in seven stories in Frontier Stories and a novel from 1928 to 1939, beginning with “Shelley Rides a Killer’s Trail” (Frontier Stories, May 1928).

“Shouting Shelley” Raines is a former Texas Ranger turned wandering vigilante who enforces justice on the western frontier.
