Salsya, Dr. Dr. Salsya was created by Grace Miller White and appeared in the play Dangers of Working Girls (1904).

Dr. Salsya is a sinister psychiatrist who makes his living by kidnaping white women and selling them to the highest bidder. Fortunately for Salsya's latest victim, Hilda, the Lupin Barney Branton has fallen in love with Hilda and rescues her.
