Sagadaung-za is a Con Man. He is Burmese and is based in Sagadaung Village–his name means “the Governor of Sagadaung Village” and, alternatively, “a clever twister of words.” He gets involved in a competition of wits, with a great of money at stake, with two other rogues, Pakhan-tha (the Man from Pakan Village) and Chi-ba-tha (the Man from Chi-ba Village).
