Ray, Carlos. Carlos Ray was created by the Spanish author Eduardo Vaño (Roberto Alcazar) and Manuel Gago (Alberto Espana, Fred Hood, Masked Warrior, Salto Mortale (II), Spirit of the Forest, Bob Tayler, Viriato) and appeared in the comic Carlos Ray. Corazón de Acero #1-8 (1941) and Carlos Ray, Corazón de Acero #1-8 (1943).

Carlos Ray is a South Seas Adventurer. Ray is a two-fisted Spanish adventurer who fights a variety of evils, from cannibals to masked crime lords, across the South Pacific.

Ray appears in stories with titles like “The Pirate of the Pacific,” “The Ghost Squadron,” “The Treasure of the Sea.”
