Rakshita. Rakshita was created by the Indian creator Ahmed H. Essa and appeared in the film Dilruba Daku (1933).

Rakshita is a Costumed Avenger modeled on Zorro. Rakshita ("The Amazon") is a heroic, whip-wielding masked vigilante active in India centuries ago. Her civilian identity is a languid princess, and her archenemy is a tyrannical minister.
