Pirate Queen (III). Pirate Queen (III) was created by the Mexican creator Alfonso Tirado (El AlacranFrankenstein, Huapactzin, MoabMoctezuma, Dick MorganOceyolotl, Phantom Thief (II), Karl Rice) and appeared in the comic strip “Reina de los Piratas” (Pepín, Aug 4, 1938-Sept 14, 1939).

In the 17th century, in Maracaibo, Venezuela, the tyrannical Spaniard Captain Gonzalez captures and hangs the king of the pirates and his sons. The king’s daughter vows revenge and becomes the Pirate Queen. Her first target is Vivar Fernando Gonzalez, the Captain’s son, but they end up falling in love.
