Pirate Queen (II). Pirate Queen (II) was created by the Italian author Gastone Simoni (Italian Adventurer, Italian Detective) and appeared in La Regina del Mar Giallo #1-26 (1933).

The Pirate Queen (II) is an Italian woman who, during the 1930s, loots and sinks the ships of bad men in the East China Sea and has similar adventures on shore. She lives the life of a jolly buccaneer, aided by her first mate and lover Johnny. Their true mission is to revenge themselves on the evil Chinese pirate and Yellow Peril Saba, which they eventually manage to accomplish, and then retire.

The Pirate Queen (II) appears in stories with titles like “The Black Pearl of Balabac,” “The Secret of the Coral Cross,” and “The Mystery of U-37.”
