Phantom of the Skyscrapers. The Phantom of the Skyscrapers was created by the Italian author Fernando Bellini (Billy, Johnny & Harry, Peter Johnson, William King, Joe Milton, John Palmer, Rama Sahib) and appeared in Il Fantasma dei Grattacieli #1-15 (1936).

The Phantom of the Skyscrapers is a Lupin, modeled on Fantômas, who is active in the high-rises of New York City and outside the city altogether.

The Phantom appears in stories with titles like “The Cross of Blood,” “The Motorcycle Assassin,” and “The Invisible Inspector.”
