Petroff, Prince. Prince Petroff was created by the German author Robert Heymann (Fritz Barton, Pat Conner, Fritz Stagart) and appeared in Fürst Petroff, der König der Hochstapler #1-10 (1908).
Prince Petroff is a Lupin. Petroff is a Prince, the scion of royalty of an unnamed European country, who works as a gentleman thief among the rich and famous and blooded nobility, both in Germany and abroad, especially in Russia. He also does some good, taking on the Black Hand and fighting against an insane locomotive engineer.
