Peters, Storm. Storm Peters appeared in a number of stories in The Startler in 1930 and 1931, beginning with “Storm Gets a Job!” (The Startler, Nov 8, 1930).

Storm Peters is a Wanted Man. Peters was a pilot and air guard for the Singapore Air Mail Company when he was robbed and framed for a murder, and then broken out of gaol by the leader of a gang of killers. With nowhere to turn, Storm becomes the Robin Hood-like “Outlaw of the Clouds.”
