Parr, Captain Donald. Captain Donald Parr was created by Louis Vance (Faraday Bobbs, Lone Wolf, Dan Maitland, Terence O’Rourke) and appeared in the film Patria (1917).

Captain Donald Parr is an Army officer who with the help of his girlfriend Patria stops the Yellow Peril Baron Huroki and the Japanese army from taking control of Mexico, with the assistance of the wicked Senor Juan de Lima, and invading the southern states of the United States.
