Old Strolla. Old Strolla was created by “Gill March,” the pseudonym of the Czech author Josef Cheth Novotný, and appeared in a number of stories in Rozruch from 1939 to at least 1941, possibly beginning with “Modré Údolí” (Rozruch, Feb. 11, 1939).

Old Strolla is an American cowboy on the western frontier of the United States who has a number of comic adventures in the decades after the American Civil War.
