Norbert. Norbert was created by the French creator Auguste Liquois appeared in the comic book Le Téméraire #1-15 (1943-1944).

Norbert is a Planetary Romance Hero who is modeled on Flash Gordon. Norbert is a blond-haired, blue-eyed German Aryan who discovers an unknown planet which is threatened by the forces of the Lenin-like anti-Semitic stereotype Vénine. Norbert helps defeat Vénine’s army and wins the love of the beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed Princess Aulia.
