Moker. The Moker was created by “Jac. Hojems,” the pseudonym of the Dutch author Jac. J. Smeehuyzen, and appeared in four novels from 1942 to 1958, beginning with Gerard Remdonk ‘de Moker.’
Gerard Remdonk is “de Moker,” a Costumed Avenger Lupin. He fights against corrupt policemen and other enemies. Some of his stories verge on the fantastic.
The Moker appears in novels with titles like "The Egyptian Vulture," "The Green Death is Missing," and "The One-Eyed Tibetan," that last starring a Tibetan Yellow Peril.
