Mendax (II). Mendax (II) was created by the French author Guy d'Armen (Francis Hardant, Khyzil Kaya, Natas) and appeared in “Les Troglodytes du Mont Everest” (L’Intrépide, #961-973, Jan. 20-Apr. 14, 1929).

Mendax (II) is a Yellow Peril who threatens the world and ransoms ocean liners with his technologically advanced flying submarine.
