Marabesco. Marabesco was created by “Jules van Dam,” the pseudonym of the Dutch author Jacques Presser (Lubineski, Psychic Detective, Gregor Stadelman), and appeared in Marabesco #1-8 (1924).

“Marabesco” is the codename of a high-ranking spy in the Dutch secret service. His enemies are malign foreign spies, both Soviet and American.

Marabesco appears in stories with titles like “The Hunt for the Missing State Secret,” “The Escaped Spy,” and “The Body Without a Head.”
