Mad Scientist (IV). Mad Scientist (IV) was created by the Indian author Hemendra Kumar Ray (Sundar Babu, Bimal, Indian Vampire (III), Invisible Man (II), King Kong (III)) and appeared in Manush Gara Daitya (1944).

Mad Scientist (IV) is an Evil Surgeon Mad Scientist. He is an Indian version of Mary Shelley’s Victor von Frankenstein and is active in Delhi in the present day.
