Lo-Peng. Lo-Peng was created by Edmund Snell (Chanda-Lung, Reggie Faulkner, Peter Pennington) and appeared in six stories in Hutchinson’s Mystery Story Magazine in 1925 and 1926, beginning with “The Coming of Mr. Lo-Peng” (Hutchinson’s Mystery Story Magazine, Oct. 1925).

Lo-Peng is a Chinese Yellow Peril who comes to London to stir up trouble. Ultimately he fails.
